Continuum Motion Pictures will be releasing a number of collections of short films over this next year. The first of these includes the Continuum Motion Pictures Presents: Zombie Collection Vol. 1. This collection includes some of the best Zombie short films that Continuum has been able to find. The collection includes Sirens directed by Jason Durdon and Danny Torres, Town Red directed by Ryan Geiger, Eat Me directed by Rocco Nisivoccia and The Black Earth directed by Alex Traywick. Currently the collection is scheduled for distribution through eOne and FilmOn.
This will be an on going growing collection shorts with a second collection currently being prepped for a later release in 2015.
Sirens was produced by Continuum Motion Pictures and written by Jason Durdon. Synopsis: In a zombie filled world, two traveling bandits use coercion and violence to obtain the only two things that matter—food and bullets. Their plans go awry when they encounter every man’s weakness—beautiful women.
Town Red is an zombie film that has garnered national and international attention. It was accepted into Cannes International Film Festival. The director Ryan Geiger also was interviewed by NBC regarding the success of his film. Synopsis: A small town farmer fights to keep his farm safe. He must decide which is the worst of two evils, Zombies or his fellow Man.
The collection moves from the thriller action direction to the social and comedic action arena with zombies. Eat Me and The Black Earth.
Eat Me takes us to a world where zombies have evolved. Man and Zombies now co-exist after a great Zombie war. Synopsis: After the war between the living and the undead, Brady, a former soldier faces the harsh reality of having to work a job side by side those he once fought against.
The Black Earth a zombie film on Grindhouse tradition: Synopsis: The zombie apocalypse has begun in Black Earth, Wisconsin. Luckily, two drunken redneck brothers plan to save the town and the world… one beer at a time.
